Returning from London, I landed in Halifax on March 4th, and today, March 6th, Lisa and I are leaving for New York for a few days. Regarding places we plan to visit, we will spend some time down by One World Trade and the Oculus, as I enjoy that area, and we will walk the High Line and visit Little Island, as Lisa has not been there yet. Also, I have not checked out One Vanderbilt since it opened in 2020, and I would like to see the view from the observation deck on one of these nice evenings. The weather is showing a bit of snow on Tuesday, but it will be mostly sunny for the remainder of the week.

Relating to gear for these four days in New York, I’ve kept it minimal. Just returning from London, I knew what I would and would not use. Here is what I have for photography in New York.

Also, on Saturday, when I got home, I had time to import the London photos and finish processing the portfolio, which you can see here.

Regarding the London photos, to give you some insight into what treatment was used, there is a combination of two Fujifilm recipes and one colour profile selected from within Lightroom. That includes JPEGS with the Kodachrome recipe and the Ilford HP5 Plus 400 recipe for the black and white images. Others are processed from RAWS with the ASTIA/Soft treatment.
